Sovereign Intake Procedure

1. Seller or JV mine submits documentation and position details. 2. OCeAN verifies custody, ownership route, and refinery pathway. 3. Gold is collected by private jet or delivered by seller to approved refinery. 4. Assay confirms weight and purity before settlement. 5. Vault ID is activated for treasury reserve, barter, or sale routing. 6. Settlement is released only after verification. 7. Position can then be allocated to CRT backing, ELTM settlement, or barter execution.
